PK3LG Friction Ring for Basalt Column Fountains

Seals basalt opening for proper water display. Friction ring fits around tubing near top of basalt column. Seals against 1 3/8'' opening so water flows over top instead of down the hole. Can be used with or without LED8B light rings. Foam rubber is flexible for stretching around tubing.
