How it fits your pond

A basalt column fountain gives you moving water without a pond: the column sits over a hidden reservoir basin, water rises through a core-drilled centre and sheets back down the stone. There is no standing water for children or wildlife to reach and very little to maintain. Basalt is quarried stone, so no two columns are identical — size, weight and colour vary piece to piece, and that variation is the point.
